T'Ai Chi Ch'uan is complex and subtle, involving many movements and changes. As a health excercise, a foundation for meditation, a form of yoga, and martial art form, T'Ai Chi Ch'uan is outstanding. As a movement art it pre-supposes a complete re-intergration of every cell in the body, and the harnessing of the internal force, which is the cultivation of the spirit itself. The goal of T'Ai Chi is longevity and rejuvenation. This program teaches the complete short form, push hands and form corrections. Modren medical research credits T'Ai Chi with improvements in cardiac and arthritis cases.
Retired or current martial artists welcome.
